MEET OUR KOOL FOUNDER
Randall Law
Visionary Leader, Creative Director, Community Builder, and Founder of Kool Kolored Kid Generation
Hailing from Wilmington, Delaware, Randall Law is the founder and creative force behind Kool Kolored Kid Generation (KKKG), the creator of the Kool World mascot Kooli, and the founder of the 100 Pairs to Give initiative. As a visionary entrepreneur, designer, creative director, and community advocate, Randall has dedicated his career to creating impactful experiences that inspire confidence, celebrate diversity, and empower the next generation.
Randall's journey is rooted in creativity and purpose. His career includes appearances in national commercials and campaigns, including involvement with Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign, DrugFreeWorld.org, and multiple GOOD Magazine campaigns. His leadership and community impact have earned him numerous honors, including the 2025 Excellence in Public Service Award, the 2024 MILLSUMMIT Impact Award, the 2023 Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40 Award, and the 2022 400 Years of African American History Commission Award and the 2022 Comcast Rise Award. He is also a graduate of the prestigious James H. Gilliam Fellows Program through the Wilmington Urban League.
An accomplished creative, Randall's talents span acting, branding, design, marketing, production, and storytelling. As an original cast member of the off-Broadway production Landing of the Urban Rebels, he demonstrated his passion for inspiring audiences through the arts. Today, he channels that same creativity into building experiences that positively impact children, families, and communities.
In 2022, Randall launched the 100 Pairs to Give initiative, a back-to-school empowerment movement designed to equip students with resources and motivation for success. Through strategic partnerships with organizations such as Nemours Children's Health, WSFS Bank, Stepping StonesFederal Credit Union and community stakeholders, the initiative has provided sneakers, laptops, financial literacy resources, savings accounts, and essential support to hundreds of students and families.
Randall is also the creator of Kooli, the Kool World mascot developed in partnership with Nemours Children's Health. More than a mascot, Kooli represents unity, diversity, creativity, confidence, kindness, and inclusion. Since Kooli's official debut in August 2024, the character has become a powerful community engagement tool, bringing smiles and meaningful connections to children and families throughout Delaware and Philadelphia.
What began as a vision quickly evolved into a movement. During Kooli's first year, the mascot participated in dozens of community events, hospital visits, youth programs, festivals, educational initiatives, and family experiences, helping impact more than 18,000 children and families throughout 2025 alone. Through partnerships with organizations including Nemours Children's Health, First Tee – Delaware, the Harlem Globetrotters, local schools, youth organizations, and community agencies, Kooli continues to demonstrate how creativity and positivity can bring communities together.
One of Randall's proudest accomplishments has been creating unforgettable holiday experiences for children. In December 2024, KKKG partnered with Main Event, Londyn's Corner, and Ambitious Pathways to launch the inaugural Kooli's Corner Christmas Giveaway, welcoming 100 children in foster care and their families for a morning of games, gifts, food, entertainment, and holiday memories with Kooli dressed in festive attire.
Building upon that success, Randall helped lead the 2025 Kooli & Wilmington Police Department Christmas Giveaway, a citywide initiative serving 100 children across four community centers throughout Wilmington. In partnership with the Wilmington Police Department, First Tee – Delaware, Nemours Children's Health, and local community organizations, Kooli delivered gifts, holiday cheer, positive interactions, and memorable experiences that strengthened relationships between families, youth, and community leaders.
In 2025, Randall celebrated another major milestone with Kooli's First Birthday Celebration, bringing together children, families, community partners, and mascot friends to commemorate the incredible impact of Kooli's first year. The celebration highlighted the hundreds of lives touched, the partnerships formed, and the growing vision of creating a nationally recognized character brand that promotes kindness, inclusion, and community engagement.
When he's not developing community initiatives, Randall is a sought-after motivational speaker who regularly inspires youth through school visits, conferences, and special events. He also produces, directs, edits, jingle writes and creates content across multiple platforms while continuing to explore new ways to merge creativity with community impact.
Above all, Randall is a proud husband and father who believes that every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and inspired to dream bigger than their circumstances.
His guiding philosophy remains:
"It's a responsibility to become great at whatever you do."
Through Kool Kolored Kid Generation, Kooli, and every initiative he leads, Randall continues to prove that creativity, purpose, and a willingness to think outside the box can create lasting change for generations to come.
